Meal times
- morning and afternoon snacks and beverages for all snacks and meals are provided
- please pack a lunch in a labelled plastic lunch kit/box (including 2-3 vegetables and fruits)
- please do not send candy or chocolate to Quadra
- occassionally we will ask you to pack a 'paper bag lunch' for outings. For these occassions, please
include a drink, choose items that don't require heating, and use disposable containers.
Comfort kit (for emergencies and traumatic situations such as earthquakes)
- a family picture
- a note from parents reassuring your child that they will be safe
- a comfort toy (small enough to fit in a zip-lock bag; e.g. a beanie baby)
- one juice box container
- two non-perishable snack items (e.g. fruit leather, granola bar)
